Bamako - Dubai has issued an international warrant for the arrest of the Malian millionaire, Mr Cissoko Fontanga, for the alleged embezzlement of $236 million from an emirates bank, a source in the Mali capital said yesterday.
The arrest warrant signed by Dubai's state prosecutor accused Mr Fontanga, known as Babani, of "fraud and practising magic".
