A four-year-old boy was killed in an accident at a building site in the Ballymun area of Dublin yesterday afternoon. The child was hit by either a heavy van or a tipper truck near James Connolly tower at around 3 p.m. Two vehicles were removed to Santry Garda station for technical examination. The child was not named.
