Gardaí have launched an investigation after a man was discovered with stab wounds at an apartment in Tallaght, Co Dublin.
A spokesman for the Garda said the discovery was made just before 6pm on Thursday at an apartment close to Belgard Square.
The man, in his late 30s, sustained a number of stab wounds and was taken to Tallaght Hospital.
The scene has been preserved for a forensic examination and no arrests have been made.
