Edinburgh - The body of a Scottish man who died in Israel was returned to his family without the heart, which had been removed during a post-mortem examination, a pathologist confirmed yesterday.

Now his family are believed to be questioning whether a heart sent later was the right one. Alistair Sinclair (47), from Selkirk, is believed to have hanged himself in jail in April after being arrested on suspicion of drug smuggling.
