SECTARIANISM in schools and hospitals will be perpetuated by a clause in the Government's Employment Equality Bill, according to the Irish Council for Civil Liberties. The council's co chairman, Mr Michael Farrell, said section 37 (I) of the Bill gave "enormous leeway to religious authorities to enforce conformity to their views and codes of behaviour".
