A Luas tram was involved in a minor collision with a car on Harcourt Street this afternoon.
The incident happened at lunchtime when a tram travelling from St Stephen's Green clipped the wing-mirror of a car turning right from Harcourt Street onto Clonmel Street.
Passengers were evacuated from the tram but were able to resume their jounrey after a number of minutes.
The tram suffered minor damage and has since been taken out of service as a precaution.
No one was injured in the incident.
