Irish-based exploration company Minmet is considering moving its domicile to Britain, company chairman Mr Jeremy Metcalfe said in the text of speech to the AGM in Dublin today.
The company is also looking to move its stock exchange listing to London's Alternative Investment Market from the Official List.
Mr Metcalfe said a more detailed statement on the outcome of these plans will be issued later.
