Nearly 20 protesters at the Glen Of The Downs, Co Wicklow, were ordered by the High Court yesterday to appear before it on Friday to answer alleged contempt proceedings. Wicklow County Council claims they are in breach of a court order granted in October preventing trespassing at the site of its proposed new dual-carriageway.
