Singapore - ASEAN foreign ministers heard an 11th-hour appeal from Cambodia's ousted first prime minister, Prince Norodom Ranariddh, yesterday as they prepared to meet and decide whether to recognise the new regime in Phnom Penh.
Prince Ranariddh, speaking on the eve of the special meeting, said he was still the first prime minister of Cambodia "legally and constitutionally". - (AFP)
