London - Mr Kenneth Noye, the man police want to question in connection with the M25 "road-rage" murder, has lost his legal battle against extradition from Spain.

Mr Noye is expected to be returned to Britain within a month following a hearing in Madrid's Supreme Court, said a Kent Police spokeswoman.

Mr Noye had appealed against the extradition, which was granted at a lower court in Madrid last month, on the grounds that he was illegally identified when he was arrested.
