St Joseph's College rowing club, from Galway, widely known as "the Bish", travel to the British Schools' Regatta at Nottingham this weekend with high hopes.

The Galway club's eight beat highly-fancied Portora at Portora's own regatta earlier this month.

In 1989, the first year in which they were invited, St Joseph's won the First Eight at the British Schools' Championship.
