Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic said on Friday he would leave Paris Saint Germain after four years during which he played an integral part in turning the club into a force to reckon with on the European stage.
“My last game tomorrow at Parc des Princes. I came like a king, left like a legend,” the 34-year old said on his Twitter account.
The forward earlier in the season became the club’s top goal scorer in its history.
The former Barcelona, Inter Milan, Juventus, AC Milan and Ajax striker is out of contract at the end of the season and confirmed he will leave the capital club after Saturday's final game of the Ligue 1 campaign, at home to Nantes.
In his time in Paris he has won four consecutive league titles, and seven Cup medals - being crowned this year as France’s player of the season for a record third time in a row.
