TVs may be getting flatter and thinner, but there is no reason why your sound should do the same. And while there have been vast improvements made on the built-in speakers in those TVs, there are still some times when a separate sound bar is needed. Enter the Sonos Ray, a new compact bar that will fit into almost any home cinema set-up.

It has been tuned to fit everything from dialogue to big soundtracks, and conscious that it will likely be tucked away somewhere, Sonos has made the acoustic elements front-facing, so interference is minimised. Like other Sonos devices, it supports –– 2 for Apple devices, although it ditches Dolby Atmos. It will also integrate with the rest of the Sonos ecosystem, making it an integral part of your home sound system.
