We wish to appoint an experienced, solutions focused Sales Manager. Reporting into the managing director of MyHome.ie, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving property sales revenue and the leadership and management of the property sales team
Candidates must demonstrate a strong sales background and excellent client management experience in an environment with changing priorities and demands. The successful candidate will have people management experience and the ability to lead a high-performing sales team. S/he will demonstrate a passion for innovation and experience driving a culture of sales and bringing-to-market products and service to meet the needs of the customer.
Operationally, the role will lead a culture of sales excellence by driving consistent implementation and adoption of sales processes, pipeline management and sales performance. The person appointed will partner with the Product and Development teams to create best in class solutions for our customers, driving revenue generation in an increasingly competitive environment
