Break for the Border, the bars and restaurants group, has finally received planning permission for the expansion of its popular Cafe en Seine bar in Dublin, projected to cost £2 million (€2.54 million).

Work on developing a new restaurant and club along with extension of existing bar facilities will start in the next few weeks with the aim of completing the works in time for Millennium celebrations.
