Ms Gina Quin has taken over as chief executive of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, succeeding Mr Jim Miley.

Ms Quin previously worked with Gandon Enterprises, the Irish Trade Board and Lansdowne Market Research. She is a member of Bord Bia, has been a board member of the Custom House Docks Development Authority and was vice-president of the Irish Exporters' Association.

Mr Miley has left to set up a dot.com property company.
