A high bay warehouse in Rosemount Business Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 15, shortly to be vacated by Pallas Foods when it moves to new premises, is to be offered for sale at €1.5 million or to let at €150,000 per annum.
The 3,239sq m (34,863sq ft) temperature controlled building has a clear internal height of 10 metres and loading access via 13 dock levellers as well as two ground level roller shutter doors.
Gavin Butler of Savills says the building is unique in terms of the number of loading doors and should be of particular interest to the transport, distribution and logistics sectors.
