Agents CBRE are quoting a sale price of €1.5 million for a multi-tenanted investment property at Church Street in Finglas, Co Dublin.
The net yield will be 9.90 per cent.
The property, known as The Fuel Yard, is located along the N2 main road through the village and comprises a modern five-storey building with 18 apartments, two self contained offices and a retail unit on the ground floor. The commercial units are in shell and core condition and are unlet. There is an extension out the back which is used as a garden and underground car park.
CBRE say they expect good interest in the property in light of the continuing demand for multi-family residential investments which were rapidly becoming a mainstream investment class.
