It adjoins the Celbridge Abbey residential development. Under the Celbridge Local Area Plan, 34 acres are zoned for agricultural use while the remaining 6 acres alongside the Liffey are zoned as open space.

Knight Frank is also guiding €120,000 for a site for two houses at Knockmaroon Hill in Chapelizod, Dublin 20.
