The pharmaceutical giant Pfizer is to sell a large office and warehouse facility at Airways Industrial Estate near Dublin Airport.

Declan Stone of Collier Jackson-Stops is quoting in excess of €3.5 million for the building which stands on a site of one acre.

About 1,486 sq m (16,000 sq ft) is used as offices and 371.6 sq m (4,000 sq ft) as a warehouse. An attractive cobblelock apron around the building provides parking for almost 50 cars.
