Property consultant Owen Reilly is seeking €850,000 for a Georgian townhouse at 62 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, and a modern mews building at the rear. The two buildings produce an annual rent of €65,000

Reilly says the 425sq m (4,574 sq ft) house, currently in commercial use, lends itself to being converted into a prestigious family home. The basement is used as a studio and is producing a rent of €25,000 per annum. The mews is let at €20,000 a year with 12 months remaining on a lease with no renewal rights.
