A redevelopment site within the two proposed entrances to the recently opened DIT Grangegorman campus on Prussia Street in Dublin 7 has come on the market through agents CBRE with a guide price €285,000.
The 0.06 hectare (0.148 acre) site is occupied by a 630sq m (6,781 sq ft) building which should appeal to retailers, according to Peter Garrigan of CBRE. The zoning on the site provides for the creation and protection of enterprise as well as facilitating job creation.
