BNP Paribas Real Estate are guiding €2.5 million for a Dublin investment portfolio that includes ten multi-family residential units and 615sq m (6,619 sq ft) of commercial space which are to be sold at the request of Luke Charleton of receivers EY.

The properties are in one or more lots. Eight of the residential units are located in Ridge Hall in Ballybrack village and are within walking distance of Killiney Dart Station.

The second lot comprises a commercial unit in Ridge Hall House of 457sq m (4,919sq ft) and two modern retail units with frontage on to Wyattville Road. Lot 3 covers two apartments in Bridgewater Hall, Summerhill, close to Croke Park.
