Fairview bank building makes €2.5m

The three-storey building is let to the bank on a 25-year lease from 2006

Vincent Finnegan Commercial has secured in excess of €2.5 million for the Bank of Ireland building at Marino Mart in Fairview, Dublin 3, which is currently producing a rental income of €195,648 per annum. The successful investor can bank on a net return of 7.5 per cent.

The three-storey building with 522 sq m (5,621sq ft) of office space is let to the bank on a 25-year lease from December, 2006.

The rent is subject to five-yearly upwards-only rent reviews. The bank has a break option at the end of 2021.
