Colliers International is guiding €4.25 million for a modern block of apartments at Prospect Hill in Finglas, Dublin 11.

The 14 two-beds and 14 three-beds are within a three- story building rented to Cluid Housing Association on a 15- year lease from April 16th, 2013. There is a rent review every four years which is linked to the consumer price index.
Block 9 was built in 2013 and was handed to Cluid in turn- key condition with all fixtures, fittings and furniture included. The development was completed by David O'Connor and Jim Hamilton of BDO acting as joint statutory receivers.
The two-beds have 65.75sq m (707sq ft), a west-facing terrace and designated car-parking space.
Three-bed duplexes measure 101sq m (1,087sq ft) and come with a car-parking space and rear garden.
