Paul Callanan of CBRE is seeking €375,000 for each of two former Esso filling stations at Nutgrove Avenue, Rathfarnham, and Greenhills Road, Tallaght.
The Rathfarnham site extends to 0.28 of a hectare (0.69 of an acre) and is likely to be used for a high-density residential scheme. It is close to Nutgrove shopping Centre.
The Tallaght site is smaller at 0.17 of a hectacre (0.42 of an acre) and could be used for a mixed retail and apart- ment development. Planning permission for such a scheme has lapsed.
