Front Line Defenders, the human rights organisation chaired and co-founded by businessman Denis O'Brien, has agreed to relocate its international headquarters to new offices at Avoca Court in Blackrock, Co Dublin.
The letting, which was handled by Knight Frank, will see Front Line Defenders occupy the first floor on a 12-year lease.
The organisation joins an existing tenant line-up that includes HJ Heinz, the multinational food company, and Plan Life Pensions and Actuarial Services (IFG).
Refurbished
Avoca Court briefly comprises a four-storey detached office building located in Blackrock village. The building is now fully let with the exception of the second floor. This last remaining floor comprises 354sq m (3,809sq ft) of office space. Recently refurbished, the space offers modern, air-conditioned, open-plan accommodation incorporating a fitted kitchen area. Occupiers benefit from secure basement car and bike parking with CCTV monitoring coupled with high-quality shower facilities.
Transport links available in the immediate area include access to the Dart at nearby Blackrock Station, the Aircoach along the Blackrock bypass and numerous Dublin Bus routes providing transport to Dublin city centre and the surrounding area.
