The so-called Baggot Buildings at 19-22 Lower Baggot Street in Dublin 2 have been sold for €4.5 million – Savills had been guiding €4.7 million for the asset after launching it last June.
They were acquired by Irish investment advisory firm Alway Consulting Ltd on behalf of the QIAIF, Ballybunion Capital Ltd.
Alan Conway of Alway Consulting said the firm was delighted to add these Georgian offices to its expanding portfolio which includes a range of assets primarily in Dublin's south city centre.
The four-storey over-basement Georgians, which are vacant, extend to 1,362sq m (14,660sq ft) and would suit a variety of uses (including a hotel) subject to planning permission.
The buildings were most recently used as serviced offices and were restored for that purpose.
