The office element at the Grange development on the Stillorgan Road is now fully rented after letting agent Hooke & MacDonald secured a tenant for all of the remaining space.
3D4Medical, the award-winning Irish tech company which specialises in app developments primarily for medical use, is to occupy 1,033sq m (11,119sq ft) on the ground and first floors as part of the expansion and relocation of its operations from Ballsbridge in Dublin 4.
The company recently showcased its app featuring the human anatomy in 3D at the latest Apple iPad launch in San Francisco.
It is believed the agent secured its quoting rent of €15 per sq ft and €1,000 per car-parking space.
3D4Medical joins an impressive tenant line-up at The Grange which includes the Irish headquarters of Samsung Electronics, the ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) Foundation, m-hance (a long established IT company), Orca Financial and Genesis aircraft leasing.
This letting means that receivers to The Grange, Grant Thornton and Nama, in conjunction with Hooke & MacDonald, have secured tenants for the entire 4,162sq m (44,600sq ft) of office space at the development.
Meanwhile, the receivers and Nama are building 51 luxury apartments at the development. These are scheduled for completion in early 2016.
