Green REIT has managed to lease all 6,967sq m (75,000sq ft) of office space in Classon House, a distinctive modern office block in Dundrum Business Park in south Dublin. CarTrawler, the international technology company in the car rental industry, had been leasing 1,893sq m (20,382sq ft) since 2012 but to accommodate future growth it has now expanded into an overall space of 4,738sq m (51,000sq ft).

Other tenants include Milestone Aviation, John West, JB Barry & Partners, Varming Engineers and Strencom. Joint agents HWBC and CBRE have handled the lettings at rents which range from €161 to €236 per sq m (€15 to €22 per sq ft).
