The Irish Design Centre is to open a new store for the sale of handmade designer giftware products at 41 Drury Street, Dublin 2.
The company has agreed to pay the asking rent of €30,000 for the building on a new four years and nine months lease.
The building has a ground floor retail area of 30sq m (323sq ft), a first floor showroom of 26sq m (280sq ft) and second and third floor offices of 26sq m each.
Niamh Walsh of Lisney, who handled the letting, said Drury Street was the ideal location for the Irish Design shop because the area was continuously attracting specialist retailers.
Meanwhile, Lisney is inviting best and final offers by June 6th for the former Falks Lighting shop at Dublin Road, Sutton, Dublin 13, which is in receivership.
The agency is guiding €100,000 for the 112sq m shop which is located along a busy stretch of road between Sutton and Howth.
