A Victorian building located along a busy stretch of South Great George's Street, Dublin 2, will be of interest mainly to private investors when it goes on the market today through the Lisney agency. Christopher Belton and Lynda Gordon of the agency are inviting offers over €1.4 million for the four-storey over basement building which extends to 334sq m (3,595sq ft) and is producing a rental income of €70,200.

The ground floor and basement were recently leased to The Good Food Store on a 15-year lease at €45,000, stepping up to €50,000 in year five. Apartments on the second and third floors are let on a short term basis at a combined rent of €25,200 but a newly refurbished two-bedroom unit on the first floor is currently vacant.
