European Computer Driving Licence Foundation (ECDL) is to move its Dublin headquarters from Thorncastle Street in Dublin 4 to The Grange on the Stillorgan Road overlooking the N11 in south Dublin.

The foundation, the certifying authority of the leading international computer skills certification programme, is moving into 510sq m (5,500sq ft) of space in the distinctive building developed by Ray Grehan's company Glenkerrin before its €300 million debts were transferred to Nama. He was subsequently declared bankrupt in the UK.

Rents in The Grange are on the low side for a third generation building – €161 per sq m (€15 per sq ft) and €1,000 for car parking spaces – according to letting agent Hooke & MacDonald which is marketing two further office units in the block, one of them extending to 483sq m (5,200sq ft) and the other almost double that space.

The Grange has a 24-hour manned concierge service while the service charge in the building is less than €4 per sq ft.
