Agents HWBC is to seek buyers for a range of shops in Tullamore, Co Offaly, and Main Street in Swords, Co Dublin.

The agency is guiding €1.9 million for five ground-floor retail units and a first-floor office suite in the Bridge Centre in Tullamore which are currently producing a rent roll of €264,180. Four of the shops are rented by An Post, Paul Byron Shoes, Holand & Barrett and Euro 2. A fifth unit occupying a prominent location at the entrance to the centre is currently vacant. It has an estimated rental value of €25,000 per annum.The Bridge Centre opened for business in 1995 and is anchored by Dunnes Stores who occupy a supermarket extending to 4,273sq m (46,000sq ft). There are 24 ground-floor retail units in all, a first-floor restaurant, a cinema and 350 surface car-parking spaces.

Sharon Walsh of HWBC is handling the sale of the shops which have an average of 6.46 years remaining on their leases.

HWBC and joint agent Kevin Fox Property Consultant are also marketing three retail investments at 54-56 Main Street, Swords, which are rented at €53,000 and priced at €520,000. The tenants are Shane Redmond Group, Malken Browne Hairdressing and lap-top repairer A&J Phone.
