Ten shops and office units at an attractive neighbourhood centre at Kinsealy in north county Dublin are to be offered for sale through joint agents Kelly Walsh and Bannon. Offers in excess of €2 million are being sought for the investment in St Olave's Neighbourhood Centre, which is producing an overall rent of €221,000. The uses include a creche, gym, bridal shop, hair salon, auctioneers, cafe and home furnishings.

St Olave’s has an L-shaped layout with a village style setting and landscaped open space to the front. Apart from the own-door offices and shops there are 32 apartments and townhouses adjoining other residential schemes nearby.

Seven of the 10 retail and office units front on to the landscaped courtyard while the remaining units are located at lower ground and first floor. The range of units extend to 1,300sq m (14,000sq ft) and are serviced by 46 basement car-parking spaces. Individual retail and office units range in size from 64 to 321sq m and have a weighted average unexpired lease term of 12 years.

The sale includes all the office and retail facilities in the centre with the exception of two offices and part of the creche. The centre was developed by Christopher Dowling and George McGarry of Newlyn Developments.
