The global pharmaceutical company Aspen Pharma, which recently announced an expansion of its operation at Citywest Business Park, has also opened an office at George's Quay Plaza on George's Quay in Dublin 2. The company is to pay a rent of close to €430 per sq m (€40 per sq ft) for 660sq m (7,100 sq ft) of newly refurbished space recently acquired as part of the full building by Green Reit. The office was previously occupied by UBS.
