Bannon is seeking €2 million for two adjoining retail investments at 32 and 33 Upper Liffey Street in Dublin 1. The investment will show a return of 6.25 per cent, according to agent Alex Patterson. The two buildings have a combined net internal floor area of 309sq m (3,329sq ft) over ground and first floor retail and storage areas.
