A 0.66-acre infill site not far from Pearse Street Dart station in Dublin 2 is guiding €4 million through agent BNP Paribas Real Estate.

The site, which is occupied by a warehouse, has dual frontage on both Sandwith and Boyne streets and fronts the railway line.

It is zoned objective “Z4” in the Dublin City Council Development Plan 2011-2017 “to provide for and improve mixed services facilities”.

The agent suggests it could offer short-term income by way of car-parking licences while planning permission is sought for a scheme suitable for a range of uses, including education, residential, office, hotel, student accommodation, medical and retail.
