Ganly Walters is asking €2.4 million for one of the best sites to come on the market in the heritage town of Trim, Co Meath, for years.

The so-called Manorlands site, which amounts to 16 acres, is adjacent to the town and OPW offices. Most of the site has town-centre zoning with some allotted for residential and open space.

Trim is a busy commuter town, about 35 minutes’ drive from the M50, with a good selection of shops.
