Units 3 and 4, Furze Road, are let on two upwards-only leases to Outlaws Western Restaurant at a combined rent of €32,000 per annum.
Unit 3 is let from August 2002 for 25 years and includes a tenant break option in year 15. The second building is let for nine years and six months from 2006.
