A private investor from the midlands has bought two mixed-use retail and office buildings in Dún Laoghaire for €2.45 million.
Numbers 6/7 Marine Road in Dún Laoghaire is a former hotel which has been converted into retail on the ground floor and offices overhead. It is rented by three tenants, Nandos, Starbucks and Office Pods at an overall rent of €145,000.
In Blackrock, a mid-terrace three-storey over-basement building at 21 Main Street was sold to a Kilkenny investor for €750,000.
A children’s furniture store, Flexa, occupies the two lower floors while the space overhead is rented by Ultrasound Dimensions.
The investment is currently producing a rental income of €57,000 per annum.
