Shane Duffy of BNP Paribas Real Estate is seeking in excess of €4 million for a vacant own-door office building at 85 Pembroke Road in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. The four-storey building extends to 875sq m (9,410 sq ft) and has 14 car parking spaces to the front and rear.
The high-quality building is expected to appeal to both investors and firms looking for their own city centre building.
Last autumn Irish Life paid in excess of €15 million for the adjoining office buildings at 87-89 Pembroke Road.
