The Dublin office of CBRE has announced the appointment of Willie Norse as a senior director.

He has over 20 years experience in the commercial property sector and previously worked with the Agar agency.

Enda Luddy, managing director of CBRE, has reported a strong first six months of the year due to a significant increase in activity. He said the pricing of prime real estate was improving and with strong demand from international investors, the agency anticipated an active autumn season.

Their capital markets team was seeing evidence of market improvement with transaction volumes likely to reach €1.5 billion this year, according to Mr Luddy.
