Mr Michael Hanley has been appointed general manager of Lakeland Dairies Northern Ireland, but will continue in his role as deputy chief executive of the company. His new appointment is a result of a management restructuring, following the acquisition this year of Kerry Group's Bailieboro Foods and the NestlΘ dairy business in Omagh, Co Tyrone.
