Building materials group Heiton Holdings has appointed Mr Richard Keatinge as chairman from May 1st when the current chairman Mr Stephen O'Connor retires. Mr Keatinge, who joined the Heiton board in September 1999, is a former managing director of IBI Corporate Finance.
