ICS Building Society has cut its standard variable mortgage rate by 0.25 per cent. The reduction brings ICS's variable rate from 6.14 per cent (APR 6.3 per cent) to 5.89 per cent (APR 6 per cent) and will take effect from close of business on May 31st. Fixed rates have also been cut.
