MaxBill, a provider of customer care and billing systems, has signed an agreement with Irish software company Openet Telecom to develop solutions for communications companies in partnership.

Both companies will deliver a convergent billing, customer care and mediation solution for network operators in various telecoms sectors such as UMTS, GPRS, WAP IP and broadband networks.
