Meanfiddler.com will acquire Meanfiddler Holdings in a reverse takeover deal. The directors of Meanfiddler.com said yesterday they had signed a conditional agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Meanfiddler Holdings through a mixture of shares and cash, valuing it at £32 million sterling (#50.11 million). The acquisition would create Britain's leading integrated music group combining music venues, festivals and broadcasting, the company said.
