Recruit will lead new team at Denis O’Brien-owned group

Media group Communicorp has announced the appointment of Rob Timony as creative director.

Mr Timony will join the company, which is owned by businessman Denis O’Brien, from Maximum Media where he was commercial director.

Communicorp, which owns Today FM and Newstalk, focuses on “commercial radio and emerging digital media”. Mr Timony will join a senior team to lead the newly formed “creative partnership team” at the company.
