NCB Stockbrokers has appointed Mr Tommy Conway, formerly an institutional equity dealer with Davy Stockbrokers, as head of its equity division. Mr Conway's new position means that he is taking over one of the most senior positions in NCB, with the head of equity sales Mr Jim O'Donovan and head of research Mr John Reynolds reporting to him.
